well, since i've nth better to do, might as well blog =D
hmm, have been thinking since ytd.
weng lok's still kinda uncomfortable being the sl, hav some confidence dude!
dun wrry, i've got it sought out afterall.
a gd leader, must be:
-charismatic
-reasonable/fair
-experienced
-good in wat he does
-a good teacher/mentor
-of course, able to lead!
i bolded some of the points there, these are points which i feel that i lacked. not sure bout charisma though -.-
studies, knowledge, IQ. these are stuffs which i do not lack of. being in the top class, percentage never below 70%, i'm counted as one of the smartest in band, along with caleb. but, come to think of it, DOES KNOWLEDGE applies in band? at the very most, u just have to get 29 points and below and u're safe. in band, a 6 pointer is as good as a 29 pointer.
techniquecally wise, i'm not sure how my peers would rate me, but i will give myself at least a 6/10, or maybe 7/10. taking average of the batch as 5/10. however, as pro as i may be, it is all useless if u are not able to impart them to the juniors. =] i've been given more chances, i guess i did not perform, even i noticed it. weng lok on the other hand is more patient. thats why i totally agree to wat WINSTON noob dota player said. lol! wugui noob!
another impt point, do not let emotions take over you. i've been bias alot i think. in one of my previous posts, i said keith is not worth wasting time on. hmm, this is definitely a wrong thing to mention. everybody deserve a chance. as a teacher, if one person needs help, we help them. time and time again, i scolded keith.
maybe its due to the fact that BR always say my skills suck in sec 1/2. i hate noobs. i let emotions get the better of me, in the end, i hate keith. this is a huge mistake! i'll try to treat him better, should'nt always say he is worthless and should just quit band. evil me xp.
last but not the least, being able to lead. lol!

weng lok is a monitor, i've never volunteered myself willingly for sth before.. ok not that bad. i volunteer SOMETIMES xD. weng lok is sporting and willing to lead. me? my desire for SL wasnt much afterall.
so, i've still got much to learn. in this year till the next handover. i'll definitely be a better player =] in terms of skills and attitude =D. so.. no hard feelings. =] i respect the decision.
